Summary: Note that --purge does not actually remove a file from disk
Keywords:

* ucf.1: Note that --purge does not actually remove a file from disk. All
it does, as the man page has always stated, is remove the file entry
from the hash table. The package which owns the configuration file is
still responsible for cleanup -- this allows a bunch of cooperative
packages to use ucf to handle a common configuration file.
